Return Policy

Returns.

We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Refunds.

Refunds are credited back to the card used for purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be credited to your card. We will also reimburse any shipping costs you incur. 

Discounted or sale purchases.

Refunds can not be issued on discounted or sale purchases. Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale will be exchanged or a gift certificate issued. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges. 

If your product does not fit, we will exchange items for another requested size.  Also, if you receive a damaged or imperfect item we will issue an exchange if requested.  If you need an exchange please send us an email at info@northforkapparel.com and send your item to: North Fork Apparel, 127 West 83rd St, Box 152, New York , New York, 10024. 

Gifts.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be alerted about your return.

Shipping returns. 

Email info@northforkapparel to request a free return shipping label, explaining your return reason. We will mail you a PDF label to print. If you wish to pay for your own shipping then mail the returned product to: North Fork Apparel, 127 West 83rd St, Box 152, New York , New York, 10024.

 

If you select to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item, the shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
